Job Description

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our light industrial and commercial construction projects, with a focus on tilt-up construction. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from the design phase through close-out and deficiency resolution. This includes maintaining schedules and budgets, selecting and managing sub-trades, overseeing site reporting, and other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager on commercial and industrial projects from the ground up.
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals and targets.
• Tenacious attitude with the ability to overcome challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different personalities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Hard-working with a strong sense of ownership.

Assets:

• Experience with concrete tilt-up construction.
• Experience with construction projects in British Columbia.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
